Other important information
  1. Entry fee may be waived by the wildlife warden or his authorized officer for any forest department sponsored activities.



  2. Entry may be made free for students and accompanying teachers from recognized colleges, high schools and primary schools who are above 18 years of age, visiting sanctuaries as part of their educational tour programme. The authorities reserve their rights on such matters



  3. Accommodation will be provided in a tent / Forest Guest House mostly on sharing. Do not expect exclusive tent / rooms



  4. There may or may not be kitchen facilities at the site. If kitchen is available, there may or may not be forest department arrangement for meals. Wherever such arrangements are not available, trekkers shall make their own arrangements for the same. Please collect more information about such arrangements.



  5. It is our policy not to encourage use of private vehicles. However, depending on circumstances the local manager may allow the same, for which the prescribed fee should be paid.



  6. The authorities reserve the right to discipline / penalize / evict participants for good and sufficient reasons. They also reserve the right to initiate any action as provided under the Wildlife (Protection) Act 1972.



  7. Mention of the available facilities / activities / programmes do not necessarily imply that they are on offer always. Details of availability have to be checked with the concerned officer.



  8. The Chief Wildlife Warden reserves the right to modify, add, raise, reduce, introduce or cancel any of the activities, tariff etc. depending on situations and his judgement.
